Derek Leung

Derek graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduation, he worked in private practice and gained experience in treating various musculoskeletal injuries. His interest in physiotherapy stems from his passion to assist individuals in returning to activities they enjoy, ultimately making a positive impact on their lives.

His treatment methods prioritize a manual therapy approach, where he not only helps patients reduce symptoms, but also assesses his patients holistically to determine the root cause of the problem. Derek takes pleasure in establishing friendly relationships with his patients, educating and encouraging them throughout the treatment process to achieve a speedy recovery and foster self-management of their well-being.

Outside of his professional life, Derek enjoys camping and spending quality time with his family and his cat.

Derek can speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
